It was small and private. Cosy. Nice balcony with a big palmtree close, and made good shade. I could cook my own food.
Not ANY information about rouls, time for breakfast, lunch and dinner. No one said "welcome"! Not all staff could talk english! VERY HARD BED!!!!! Not in center of Hammamet!

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, and were always onhand if you needed something.
The hotel is a little old and rundown needing to be renovated/touched up.The cleaning could have been better.

i reserved this nice hotel the second time. The first time was at the end of May-beginning of June 2010. Many guests come there again and again, sometimes 11 times! I really enjoyed the friendly family atmosphere. Nobody knew me like guest from room 210 but by my name. Always helpful, with a sense of humour. Dardar, the animator, Rafik, the barmen, waiters, people in the reception, all were nice. If you prefer official, cold atmosphere of big hotels, don`t want anybody knows you - don`t come to this hotel. If you like above mentioned - you will be wellcomed to enjoy every minute of your stay there.

Honestly , nothing
Dirty hotel and rooms , nobody is taking care of the facilities , sick cats r everywhere in the hotel while they prohibit guests to bring pets, unorganized staff they seem very lost , the facilities described in the website r not provided in the hotel( the spa is only for men ) Unfriendly staff , I would say they r way far from customer service and hospitality
